Get help to buy food and milk and be eligible for vitamin supplements (the Healthy Start scheme)

If you’re more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4, you may be entitled to get help to buy healthy food, milk and be eligible for vitamin supplements for you and your child.

These vitamins should be safe to take alongside your usual CF vitamins. If you have any questions about the vitamins you are taking, please contact your CF dietitian and they will be able to advise you.
